After reading and hearing so much about the earthquakes and tsunamis in Japan, i finally mustered the courage to view the video footages of the disaster on youtube... I've never seen a fire this huge, and real waters moving so aggressively... And they are all black waters. It was so strong that it could shift an entire house and topple ships and cars.
I'm so glad that i don't face the fear of experiencing tsunamis/earthquakes because (i hope) SG and Melb are pretty safe from these natural disasters. Can't imagine losing everything overnight.
It teaches me to count my blessings and be contented. Today feels like a good day even if it was just staying in my little apartment and trying to finish up all the work that i've been lagging on.
It's all work and minimal play from now till Easter. It will be Week 9 the week after Easter, and the last week of uni is Week 12. Which means we only have 5 weeks to exams once Easter ends. This makes the winter break sound extremely near. :) Can't wait my cousin to be over for semester 2. |
